Elk Creek Landing is a new community situated on the private side of Lake Anna in Mineral, Virginia just off Kentucky Springs Road. We are a diverse group enjoying the quieter side of life surrounded by all the fun lake life offers. Whether retired, working, enjoying weekend activities or investing, we hope you will find us friendly and supportive of each other. There are 111 lots in this community and are over 50% built or being built. A community boat ramp is available for residents and their guests along with a covered pavilion and picnic area. Water access lots come with the opportunity to purchase an oversized slip in one of our four multi-slip boathouses. If you are in the area, don't be surprised if one of the residents asks if you own property here. We're proud of the community we are building and ready to help. If you are interested in a home with us, we have several builders with model or spec homes currently available or being built. You can also choose your own builder with different concepts.
