Elk Creek Landing is a welcoming community located on the private side of Lake Anna in Mineral, Virginia, just off Kentucky Springs Road. Our residents enjoy a peaceful lifestyle while taking advantage of all the recreational opportunities the lake offers. Whether retired, working, spending weekends on activities, or investing, you'll find a friendly and supportive community here. The neighborhood consists of 111 lots, more than half of which are built or under construction. Residents have access to a community boat ramp, a covered pavilion, and a picnic area. Water-access lots offer the option to purchase an oversized slip in one of our four multi-slip boathouses. If you visit the area, don’t be surprised if a resident stops to ask if you own property here. We take pride in the community we are building and are happy to assist prospective homeowners.
